Privacy Policy

This policy explains the difference between free calculations performed in your browser and the optional $9 one-time Detailed Report, which uses our server and PayPal. Visiting a page involves technical requests to our hosting service. Optional analytics requests are made only after you allow analytics.

Free Calculations, Local Storage and Exports

Typing into the free calculators calculates results in your browser; it does not submit an order or a calculator-input snapshot to our payment backend. Free report previews, basic PDF downloads and checklist printing are also generated in your browser.

The deductions checklist stores its selected categories and amounts in this browser. Saved Capacity Planner scenarios store plan names, inputs and calculated results in this browser. The optional public-data benchmark caches its latest successful response locally. These saved items can remain until you remove them with the tool's available reset/delete controls or the browser clears this site's data. Scenario exports, copied results and downloaded PDFs are files or content you control on your device.

Share Links and Page Requests

Share Result Link places selected calculator values in a URL. Anyone you give the link to can read those values. Opening such a link sends its URL to our website, and the address can also appear in browser history, hosting logs and, if you allow analytics, analytics page information. Do not use a share link for information you want to keep private. Copying or downloading a result does not itself send a payment snapshot to our server.

Optional Paid Detailed Report

When the PayPal checkout requests creation of a Detailed Report order, your calculator source and selected assumptions are sent to our server. Depending on the calculator, this snapshot includes salary or hourly rate, bonuses, hours and weeks, unpaid time, expenses, insurance, benefits, retirement contributions or matching assumptions, tax-reserve percentages, risk or target-rate assumptions, and the selected conversion mode. The snapshot is stored when order creation starts, so it can remain even if checkout is canceled, fails or is not completed.

We store that snapshot with the product, amount, currency, order and payment references, status and timestamps in a server-side database outside the public website directory. Report authorization records include a hashed access token, its expiry, access count and first delivery time; refund references and timing can also be recorded. The snapshot is used to calculate and deliver your purchased report. The final PDF is generated in your browser from the server-provided report; this does not mean the paid-report inputs stayed only on your device.

A paid report link provides access to its report while valid. Keep the link private and do not send its full URL in a support request. Link expiry, reaching the visit limit or a refund blocks report access but does not automatically delete the stored order or snapshot.

Server Records, Access and Deletion Requests

We have not established a fixed retention period or a separate manual retention or periodic deletion schedule for stored orders and their input snapshots. The application does not automatically delete these records. Report-link validity is separate from record retention; records can remain after the report link expires. We do not promise deletion after a fixed number of days.

The application reads these records to verify payment and authorize reports. Accounts or services with the necessary server or database permissions can also access stored records, including through hosting administration. Storage outside the public website directory does not mean that access is limited to you or to a single person.

There is no self-service order-deletion button. To request access, correction or deletion, email xia.business.systems@gmail.com with the approximate purchase date and a payment reference if available. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or your report access link. A request is not an automatic deletion: identity, the records involved and any applicable retention requirements need to be reviewed. This website cannot delete PayPal's or Google's independently held records. Clear local browser data separately to remove browser-stored plans and checklist entries.

PayPal and Payment Sessions

PayPal handles payment approval and payment-account or card information under its own privacy statement. Our payment API sends PayPal the product description, order reference, price and currency; it does not include your calculator snapshot in that order payload. Our order database stores payment references and status, not PayPal passwords or full card numbers.

Payment setup uses a session cookie to associate requests and protect the checkout. The PayPal script is loaded when you open the payment controls; PayPal receives technical information from those requests. You can use the free calculators without completing a purchase.

Google Analytics and Technical Information

If you allow optional analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, device and browser information, referral sources and usage events. We use the same opt-in approach for visitors in all regions: a page does not load the Google Analytics tag unless you have allowed analytics. Rejecting analytics keeps collection off. Withdrawing a previous acceptance disables subsequent measurement; it does not undo the fact that a tag was loaded or information was sent while analytics was allowed. Google may receive technical information such as an IP address, page URL and cookie or device identifiers. Our custom usage events record actions such as calculation, report preview/download and checkout progress, plus limited labels such as calculator name, product, price and currency. They are not designed to send the full calculator snapshot. This is separate from automatic page information: a shared URL may contain entered values, as described above. After analytics is allowed, browser session storage is also used to avoid repeating some events. Hosting infrastructure may record technical request information for website operation.

Cookies, Advertising and Your Choices

Use Privacy settings in the footer to allow optional analytics, reject it, or withdraw a previous choice. Accept all currently enables analytics only, not advertising. Your choice is stored in a first-party preference cookie for up to 180 days, containing the choice, policy version and time; it is not an analytics identifier. Local storage holds a rejection-only safety record and a change notification; same-origin messages also synchronize choices between open pages. Local storage never grants consent. A rejection record can prevent an old acceptance cookie from re-enabling analytics when a cookie update fails. If the required preference storage cannot be read or written, analytics stays off. Clearing the preference cookie asks you to choose again. Turning analytics off after it has loaded reloads the page to stop the active tag; save or export unfinished work before withdrawing. Withdrawal disables future analytics and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and this page session's analytics deduplication keys; it does not delete information already held by Google. Necessary website and payment functions remain available without analytics consent. Browser settings can also clear site storage, which can remove saved plans or affect checkout. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on this website. If advertising is introduced, the privacy disclosures and any consent arrangements required for that use must be addressed before ads are enabled. Browser settings and this policy are not a substitute for consent where consent is required.

Public Data, Contact and Optional Forms

If you load the optional benchmark, requests to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics or World Bank may share technical request information with those services. Email sent to our Gmail contact address contains whatever you choose to send and is processed by the email service. Do not email tax returns, bank details or other sensitive documents.

Online email-delivery, professional-help and mobile-beta submission forms are currently disabled; browser PDF downloads do not require an email address. Commercial recommendation modules are also disabled. Enabling a new submission or third-party feature would require an appropriate disclosure for its actual data flow.
